Genesee Valley Bottle Collectors Association

Once again, 2024 was a successful Show & Sale, we had a fantastic line up of displays.  The quality and creativity and educational merit really made each exhibit a thrill to look at and it shows the time each exhibitor puts into their display.  GVBCA thanks each one for their effort.  There were 11 displays altogether.

Linda Curtis of Hamlin, NY won the Burton Spiller BEST OF SHOW AWARD and the PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD for her extensive display of "Advertising & Merchant Stoneware & Pottery."  The PEOPLE'S CHOICE award is decided by voting from the attendees at our sale.  Linda does not take her display lightly...get it lightly.  We always appreciate her displays and it is not easy to move all that stoneware.

MOST EDUCATIONAL AWARD was won by Richard Campbell of Rochester, NY for his display entitled, "The Detailed Embossing of Pharmacy Dose Cups."  His photos were excellent and it helped to view these little gems.
